Pros:
We used Activa Live Chat at my company within our contact center because it was the only live chat solution that offered all the features we needed, was compatible for all systems, and there was one straightforward pricing structure (which made us very happy). When I went to work for my new company (a tier-one managed hosting company), I suggested Activa Live Chat for all our departments' review. We are also heavy Salesforce.com users throughout and Activa Live Chat provides the best Salesforce integration bar none. We love Activa's unique features, too - which no other live chat vendor seems to have. Very happy with Activa Live Chat and highly recommended.
